Very well presented, everything you need in a very comfortable, cosy open plan flat. You can tell that the host has put a lot of money into the property. And he's done a great job. Location was ideal for our long weekend away exploring Rochester, Gillingham and the surrounding areas. Parking was just outside the property.. perfect. We'll be back!

Staying in accommodation is really more than worth of money because I haven’t found any other property with this price which is well maintained with all amenities & very tidy, apart from this, Christina is the one who made my 1 week of stay even more convenient & more memorable, i will definitely prefer to stay in this if i got to have any other plans. She’s very kind, supportive, helpful, friendly & very experienced in accommodating guests with all their requirements. She cooks really tasty food, which is a bonus to stay here. I feel really connected to this place & her food, to be honest it was really hard for me to leave this place. I can personally recommend this place for anyone who is looking for best & friendly atmosphere to stay.
