The guesthouse was in really nice quiet location very near a walking path through Lews Castle Grounds leading directly to town. I really enjoyed walking though the grounds to get to where I was going while I stayed. Breakfast was plentiful and really good quality too.

The Broad Bay House is set above a beautiful beach with exquisite views of the ocean from the deck outside our room. The house is modern, clean and comfortable. This stay was a highlight of our tour through Scotland.

Stayed here for 2 nights in April 2024. Absolutely loved it. The pod is very modern and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for self catering. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely view from the pod overlooking the sea. The host left a complementary bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water and some lovely biscuits as a welcome gift. The location was great very near to town centre. It was great value for money too. I would totally recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future.

A charming couple with a beautiful snuggly Siam cat "Cinamon", that can't get enough cuddles. The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. They even drove us to the ferry on the last day. From your window you are able to see seals and if you are lucky dolphins. The facilities are quite old, but if that is not a big issue for you, this is a very nice location.

Our host Alison was everything and more we could've asked for during our stay on Lewis. Nothing was too much hassle and her home has a lovely feeling about it. The beach close by is very idyllic as well!
