I would say to anyone looking for accommodation in Perth to look no further than this accommodation It is wonderful you are welcomed by the host Caroline who explains all about the location takes you to your room We asked Caroline in regards to restaurants in the area and she gave us a map with local eateries all marked Everything is walking distance park your car at the front door and walk to the local shops across the road or walk into the city about 5-10 minutes Recommend this is s 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️accomodation location and most of all a wonderful welcoming host

A lovely old farmhouse with a beautiful garden with safe and secure parking. Quiet and secluded. Despite some concerns about wi-fi it was fine in the twin room I stayed in. The room was spacious and full of character. Hostess was friendly and welcoming as was the retired sheepdog who guards the door.
