The shower was nice and hot, and the room was clean and quite spacious. The storage heater worked a treat, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very polite. The soundproofing worked a treat. I didn't miss not having a river view because there was provision for that near reception. If I ever had to be around Purfleet, I would happily stay here again in the same room.
