Check-in was a breeze. The room was wonderful, spacious, well-furnished and equipped, and comfortable. Located just a short walk away from the waterfront promenade. Wonderful breakfast is offered in the mornings.

Breakfast was good, standard continental, hosts were great, really understamding when our car broke down and we didnt get in till 3 am :/ room was clean, comfy, good shower and shower gel/shampoo and the location was brilliant.

If you want gourmet breakfasts and dinners and be a quaint and peaceful area, this is the place. No muss and fuss. Just a delightful time and great staff and owners.

Fantastic Location. Friendly staff. The room size was brilliant, even if it was right at the top of the stairs. Breakfast offered was really good Duncan and Shaline were great hosts. Will definitely look to book here again if we do make the long journey from Glasgow.

Big spacious room. Had a fan. Very clean. Nice shower and toilet. Again very clean. Could get fresh towels when needed. Communal areas very clean and roomy. I was able to wash and dry my clothes. Codes for access to property and room very convenient. Very near the promenade. Nice restaurants nearby and a good pub. Parking at back very handy too.

Location was very good. Very clean room and bath. Excellent value for money. Not a fancy place. Steep stairs as expected in an old building. Excellent breakfast. Single room was very small, but it matched the excellent price.
