The property is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Ovan. Paul was super welcoming and help us with all the arrival. He was so kind with my family and makes us so welcome. We stayed in the villa that is mind blowing in terms of decoration and confort. It is one of the most special places that we ever been. Hope we can come back!

the location was amazing, easy walk into town, waterfront location. the room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. We loved this hotel and highly recommend. free parking on site.

The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious and had a gorgeous view over Oban harbour. A delicious breakfast was provided in the room. It was an easy walk to town - and a bit of a workout coming home up the steep hills.

We arrived late and had dinner in the pub/restaurant. The quality was way in excess of our expectations. I had a Beetroot cured smoked gravadlax with horseradish cream, cress & toasted sourdough followed by Beer battered haddock & hand cut chips with peas & tartare. The starter was one of the best I have ever had and the main course was the perfect meal for a first day in Scotland. Compliments to the chef!! Our room was spacious with every comfort. A huge comfortable bed with a nice view out the front of the building, and nice bathroom with all necessary accessories.

The Wiz Kid أيرلندا

This guesthouse is located just outside the town of Oban. Less then 10 mins drive. The guesthouse is on a quiet road. Perfect for light sleepers like me. My room was a converted attic, I'm 5ft 10 and I tought the headroom was fine. There was a little fridge with a bottle of water and fresh milk. There was also tea, coffe, sugar, crisps, porridge. The fresh milk was a lovely touch. So many places give you UHT milk which I think is rubbish. This small thing was an example of the care and consideration that the hosts have taken with their accommodation. The bed was large, firm and comfortable. The TV had an Amazon FireStick which was used to access free to air apps to watch UK TV. But it also had Amazon Prime. Which meant I could watch my favourite shows. Again a lovely extra. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was good. There was even a bathrobe to wear after. The WIFI was fast and reliable. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The host met me on arrival, along with her beautiful husky. She was very welcoming and helpful.

Gorgeous old home which had been stylishly decorated. Our room with a view was fabulous and very comfortable. Graeme our host was an absolute delight and we felt welcomed and very much at home. The property was an easy walk to the main part of town so nice and quiet with beautiful view over the water.

The hosts are really nice and give you a lot a tips to help you during your stay. We had a big room with the view on the lock. it was really beautiful. I totally recommend this place.
