perfect location situated on Yarm high Street amongst plenty of pubs and restaurants even though high street noisy at night you couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle very quiet in room we arrived early and the owners were very accommodating they let us leave our luggage in room and gave us our key which was great so we could get on with our day would definitely recommend

The room had a private bathroom and was very clean and comfortable. My husband was in James Cook University Hospital so I stayed here to be close to the hospital. I felt safe the host was fantastic and even extended check out to 2pm as I couldn't visit the hospital before that time I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

We walked in to Norton in the morning for breakfast at Cafe Maison, (30min stoney path - trainers advised) and then we grabbed a take away in the evening. Lots of options to choose from. communication with the host was really good before and during - we didn’t need anything whilst we were there but I am sure if we did it would have been sorted quickly. Suited the three of us perfectly ( 2 adults and 5month old) as we were up visiting friends. Would definitely recommend.
