Very comfortable, clean and had lots of little ‘extras’ including tea and cakes on arrival, home made biscuits, a range of teas and hot drinks and a bowl of fresh fruits in the bedroom and a variety of toiletries in the bathroom. The hosts were lovely and friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Breakfast was outstanding too! I will definitely recommend Porch House!

We were in the twin room overlooking the beautiful walled garden at the rear of the property so it was nice and quiet and the room was very comfortable. Great breakfast with plenty of choice, the Yorkshire breakfast was excellent. Porch House is ideally located on the High Street just a 15 minute walk to the railway station. We are looking forward to a second visit.
