The location is very convenient for water activities, restaurants, shops and buses. We enjoyed the seaview from the guesthouse and the open green space in front of it. The hot breakfast and hot shower were great, and the hosts were very friendly. There are a lot to explore in Newquay. We have already booked to be back later this year.

Wonderful guesthouse and hosts, made us feel at home and lovely clean room. Location was fab, just 10 mins walk into Newquay town. Had an amazing 1 week stay here, will definitely be returning. Can't recommend this guesthouse enough!!

Hosts were amazing; warm, friendly, efficient and considerate. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The dining room was beautifully arranged and the cooked breakfast was a wonderful added bonus. A little far from town but we’ll worth it!

Location - walking distance of town center, towan and Fistral beaches and probably other beaches we didn't get the chance to visit. Accommodation - clean and spacious rooms. Loveky outdoor area and living room space Breakfast - variety of hot and cold selections Hosts - great and fast communication all through and very friendly.

Everything! Dan was so friendly and by the end of our stay, we didn't want to leave. The facilities for making your own food were superb and the rooms were kept spotless. Board games were provided in the reception (including cards against humanity) and Dan is always happy to give out information on the local attractions. The high street is a 2-5 minute walk away and the beach 3 minutes from there. Fistral beach was about a 20 minute walk if you took the high street. Very homely and I see myself coming back here.

OMG, this was may be my favorite place that I stayed on my entire trip. I was lucky that someone else had cancelled, because I got in at the last minute... on a weekend. The hostess could not have been lovelier, giving me a map, dining recommendations, calling me a taxi and waiting with me for it to come... It's a simple house with private rooms that all have their own bathrooms... but it's just done WELL. Everything feels very knew and thoughtfully designed. It's also about a 2 minute walk from the train station and convenient to the rest of town. I can't recommend enough.

Leanne the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Room was beautifully presented and contained everything we needed and more. Nice 15 minute walk into town, just enough to stretch the legs after a long drive. Parking at the front of the property.
