The room had a private bathroom and was very clean and comfortable. My husband was in James Cook University Hospital so I stayed here to be close to the hospital. I felt safe the host was fantastic and even extended check out to 2pm as I couldn't visit the hospital before that time I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Spotless! After trying to find a spek of dirt on the carpet throughout the premises..I couldn't! The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. He even had special k for my son. The breakfast was 2nd to none. The process of checking in/out couldn't have been any easier. The shower was one of the best i ever had. TV and WiFi was top notch. It's not that often I feel obliged to tip, but I did on this occasion. Highly recommended for anyone looking for value for money.

We used it as a base for visiting family in the local area and it was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and homely, in a quiet neighbourhood with off-street parking for one car. Room No 1 has a view out to the garden and fields behind it. The property is in a cul de sac - so it is very quiet. There is a microwave, cutlery, plates, fridge, kettle so you can prepare some food. Communication with host is prompt and clear. The bathroom is huge and beautiful. The surroundings are beautiful with huge trees and a lot of historical buildings. Good area to go and explore surroundings.

I met Ian, the host who was lovely and helpful. I was visiting friends in the area, so I will definitely book again. Great parking. A* all round. And the comfiest bed I've ever slept in.
