Very clean, comfortable, spacious. Kind touches such as coffee, tea, biscotti in the room. Liquid soap smelled wonderful. Fantastic location, ten minutes from the ferry, easy walking to the Three Distilleries Path. On the same street as the Islay bus route. Great breakfast.

The location is close to the ferry with a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast was great with warm croissant and a selection of fruit and cereals, coffee and tea. The room was comfortable and clean and the host was very friendly.
