Spotlessly clean and comfortable room, lovely bed and great shower. Great location for beach and town. Excellent breakfast. The 102 bus which picks up outside the pub will take you on a sightseeing tour of country and sea to Rye, which is worth a trip. Note: empty bladder required as journey is about 1.5 hours over bumpy roads, and if you have to get off it will be in the middle of nowhere! Staff at the Red Lion are excellent, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was clean, comfortable, and the innkeeper Mike was a super nice fellow, willing to lend advice about amenities around town and a very pleasant conversationalist. Would go back.

I read a review which complained about the parking because it was off site, we had absolutely no trouble whatsoever, and the longest walk from car to Guest house was probably 4 mins.
