Our stay was brilliant, excellent location between Coniston old man and the lake. The hosts were super lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and just what we needed for two nights. Breakfast was lovely and tasted great. Can not recommend enough!

The location was not to far from Hawks head or ambleside both with pubs, shops and restaurants . Outgate had a lovely pub down the road also. Hosts were perfect.
