It was quiet in a peaceful position overlooking the fields on one side. It was extremely clean & comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked with all amenities. It was lovely to have a wood burning stove as the nights were very cold. It was lovely to have milk & eggs & chocolate & biscuits awaiting us on arrival. The shop was well stocked with all kinds of food & very helpful to have a post office with in it.

The location was excellent, with such easy access to great walks. The Hideaway is super cute, really well equipped and with an incredibly comfy bed! Hayley left a lovely welcome tray, with fresh eggs, biscuits and milk in the fridge. It was a really lovely sanctuary for a quiet few nights to recharge. I will definitely be back!

The apartment seems brand new (spotless bathroom) and is well equipped and finished. The bed is super confortable, the towels great quality, the heating system easy to use and quick, confortable sofa and big tv. The property is located by a quiet road so no traffic noise at all. The owners left a nice note for us together with milk, biscuits, elderflower drink and farm eggs, also fresh sunflowers which is such a lovely and welcoming detail.
