El personal era muy agradable, tuvimos dificultades para llegar, ya que la carretera principal estaba cortada, nos esperaron para hacer el check-in. La casa esta en un lugar muy tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza, al lado de un rio. La habitacion nos gusto mucho, nos dejaron un pedazo de tarta, leche y otras cosas en el cuarto. El desayuno muy rico y completo, muchas opciones y muy abundante. Solicitamos desayunar temprano y no pusieron problemas, nos prepararon un desayuno increible. Muy buen servicio y precioso lugar.

I had dinner here and you know when you really suddenly find a place and absolutely love it but you wonder what it's gonna be like to actually stay there... it was amazing. The rooms and the detail of the historic restoration make it so cozy but it's so friendly. It's chic but not stuffy or pretentious. That's what makes it wonderful. Not just friendly to people but really dog friendly. So you're there in the most stunning setting. It's like being in heaven- you're in wild and wooly, romantic Exmoor where you can sit out on the terrace perched high above a stream and look out. Or go out and walk in the countryside. It's secluded but conveniently located to be able to go down to Exeter or up somewhere else onto the coast. It's just perfect and the restaurant is fantastic and well worth the detour to just to go to the restaurant. I can't wait to come back again and most guests come back year after year...
