Just fabulous. Absolutely spotless accomodation. Milk tea bags and ice creams were a lovely touch. So many board games for the children. Outside in the park itself, lovely facilities, great pool, great pottery and craft barn. Within seconds of the sea front. Great host communication too thank you.

Lovely stay at this cute guesthouse, perfect for R&R stay on my own - so peaceful and quiet. Lovely little terrace at back of property facing fields and little stream, lovely spot to relax and finish off my coffee :) Breakfast was lovely too - cereal, fresh juice, yogurts, full English which was yummy and plentiful and lovely fresh coffee - pleasantly full to set me up for stroll to beach and village centre. Will definitely be back with 'im indoors!' Staff warm and welcomingl, 2 lovely dogs too... a bonus! :)

We found our two hosts, Paul and Helen, extremely welcoming and helpful, but also very discreet. Our room was a charming, cosy room with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent: a delicious smoothie to start with, cereal and fresh fruit and yoghurt were on offer, but what we enjoyed most was our "full English" breakfast, beautifully cooked with fresh, tasty ingredients.

This is a surprising guesthouse in that it's on a fairly busy road, but is so quiet and peaceful at the back overlooking the fields. We had beautiful views from our room. Breakfasts were generous, as was the refreshment tray in the room. Debra was a great host, and particularly in recommending things to do and where to eat and drink. Very convenient location for both the beach and local highlights like Dungeness and Hythe. Didn't disappoint!
