It was in a beautiful location, set on a remote farm in Dumfries & Galloway. The bed was comfy & the host was so lovely, allowing us to purchase eggs from their hens & use their phone for wifi access. The hosts are fairly new to renting out the cottage but I’m sure it’ll be a great place for future guests!

My daughter liked the DVD selection and Netflix. She also liked the room key! I liked the location as it was very quiet. We both had a good nights sleep.

Lovely grounds and lovely house. Great location to unwind. Super comfy, huge bed. Great view of the garden from room. Lovely bathroom, bigger than average bath. Lovely breakfast, 2 courses included in price of room. Lovely garden with hot tub and steam room. I like how it can only be booked out 1 room at a time gives you privacy. Staff were also very friendly.

The hotel itself is charming. Our room was delightful and the women on breakfast duty were competent and efficient, serving delicious food. A massive improvement on the evening's experience.
