Good location, close to many shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated apartment, comfy bed. Has everything you need. Rooms are en-suite. It is just as it was advertised. I will definitely come again

A beautiful home to stay in, the host was very welcoming, helpful and friendly, and we were very impressed with the facilities. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and loved the sociable aspect of the shared kitchen and garden as we made friends with other guests during our stay. The self service breakfast was plentiful and we felt very at home. The prpperty is a short and straightforward walk into the city centre, we used this as our overnight base for a concert at the principality stadium (20 mins walk) and would definitely reccomend to anyone thinking of doing the same!

Room was a beauty and bathroom too (with great water pressure). Pub & restaurant downstairs - not too rowdy after close.

Everything Cosy room, well equipped, warm and comfortable. 10 min walk from the city centre with good change to park nearby. Hairdryer and iron available as kettle and a microwave in common space. Definitely recommended

I rate my stay with Derek at 11/10 because it was an extremely pleasant experience. Everything was prepared with great empathy and comfort. As an example, I can say that we haven't slept so well in a long time - the beds are extremely comfortable. Derek is a wonderful host and kind person. We will definitely stay with him next time.
