Working in the hospitality field myself, I can say that this property truly exceeded my expectations! It is definitely a 5 stars luxury service, the hosts are lovely and truly care about their guests(ex: they proactively ask and contact you in advance about your arrival time/breakfast information/restaurants around).The room was spotless (I was shocked of how clean it was (no jokes!)
