Comfortable room, modern shower room. Very welcoming hosts. Excellent location,walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Freshly cooked breakfast in addition to fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt and cereals. Highly recommend.

Wonderful guesthouse in a great location, just a few metres from the endless beach in Southbourne. Andi and James are perfect hosts, providing not only a delicious breakfast - both buffet (with fresh berries every day) and cooked - but also valuable advice on things to do in the area. They try to work in a sustainable way by sourcing as much of the food as possible locally, by avoiding wasting food or by avoiding the use of unnecessary plastic. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and we loved the very English style of the house and its interior. The room was quite spacious, had tea and coffee making facilities and we got new biscuits every day. The wifi is great as well. We had an online meeting on Friday morning and the connection was uniterrupted for 90 minutes.

It was fantastic value for money, the room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The included hot breakfast and choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt was fantastic and Sue was a lovely friendly host. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area.

The room is small but this was advertised. Nonetheless it was an excellent room. The bed was comfortable and everything including the shared bathroom was clean. The room is in an apartment with shared amenities which were also clean and well kept. It is also very close to Boscombe beach as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Lovely room that was extremely comfy. Had everything you will need and you could even stay for a week as they have everything to make you comfortable. The staff was so nice and had an adorable dog!

Delightful little courtyard for relaxing, not far away from the beach, comfortable bed and facilities, perfect. I'd definitely stay again.
