The bed was very comfortable and you could tell that the linen was good quality. The local breakfast food provided was a really nice touch and very good quality. Host was very friendly and helpful. Room had everything needed and it was nice having own entrance etc.

Beautiful apartment, “cabin“ might be the architecturally correct term, but it was certainly more than that: Spacious, with enclosed court/garden area, winter garden; bathtub comfortable for two; living room with stove - it lit immediately well and added a warm and romantic flair. Surprise: the breakfast “invitation“, i. e. eggs, butter, strawberry jam and milk in the fridge, and bread. Thank you so much, Sarah! We slept very well, the bedding is of high quality and the mattress was perfect for us. It was very quiet. For dinner: In 15 minutes walking distance there is a nice pub, the Turfcutters. Friendly people, good dinner. We will certainly come back if we are in the area again.

Brilliant place. Great facilities. Microwave oven and big fridge. Private outdoor area. Really lovely environment with the New Forest literally on your doorstep - you walk out the door right into the forest 😀

Facilities, cleanliness, location, staff friendliness. Everything was as presented and as expected and although breakfast was not included in the price the coffee and biscuits in the room were an exceptional substitute till we hit the road and find something substantial to eat.

I had everything I needed. It is close to a couple of pubs and restaurants - as well as to the harbour which is great if you’re planning on visiting the Isle of Wight.
