The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast, plenty of choice. Beautiful spacious bedroom and surprisingly very quiet, such a comfortable bed. Fantastic location walking distance of everything. I loved the place so much that intend to return to Bath again just to stay here. The staff really made this stay a memorable one.

Very friendly and helpful host, who made sure we were fully satisfied. He takes good care of the house, the place was really clean and warm. Breakfast was of good quality. Room equipped with mini-fridge containing fresh milk, good Wifi and good heating. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed at.

Delightful room, at the top of this characterful house on the hill above Bath. Very clean and comfortable. I slept very well despite a major storm outside. The staff were very helpful, particularly Emily and the breakfast team, making sure I had all I needed as a vegan, including a scrumptious breakfast. Having parking on site was very useful and I enjoyed the walk into town and even the walk back up the hill via the little hidden pathways.
