Manoir du Kasteelveld is trully beautiful, large french one bedroom annexe enjoying great views over a tranquil garden. Eric and Sylvie were wonderful hosts. Booking dinner for us in Cassel. Fabulous breakfast served in our room. Their home is very peaceful and quiet, but only a short drive to Cassel. Wish we had more time to stay.

We had a good pizza, steak and chips and beers at The Set Table nearby. Great base to explore the north of France, especially if you are interested in WW1 and WW2 history. The quality of the accommodation is very good and clean. Very welcoming and helpful host who provided an excellent breakfast. For the quality of accommodation and service it was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again.
