The host (Dominique) is fantastic: friendly, always smiling, very considerate of his guest's wishes, always open for a chat, always ready with good advice. Breakfast prepared by the host was excellent everyday, with nice treats. The garden is lovely and very quiet. Really nice, well equipped communal kitchen. Free parking right behind the house, location right in the center of the village with lots of opportunities for excursions through the region.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying Cave Auger and it was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Stephane greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere of the B&B was perfect for our family, and Stephane and Gautier’s attention to detail in ensuring our comfort was truly appreciated. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of space for our family to relax and unwind. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast at their kitchen and we had a chance to play with their lovely bulldog Bouchon. It was a great way to start our day before heading out to explore the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to share stories with them over a glass of wine in the evening. Their warmth and hospitality made us think that this will not be our last visit to Loire.

Andre and Jean where excellent hosts, we elected to have dinner with them and their other guests. This turned out to be an exceptional experience. Our French skills are minimal but our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and part of the dialogue. The food prepared by Andre was excellent and we had boisterous conversation with Andre, Jean and a lovely Italian couple. Their home is beautiful and very comfortable. It is located in a very rural and peaceful setting. Though we were not on bikes it appears as though this is a great way to explore this area.
