Beautiful house in a perfect location. Caroline and her daughter were very welcoming. They were super helpful yet discreet. We had breakfast every morning and Caroline was friendly and chatty but at an appropriate moment left us to eat alone which for us is an excellent attribute as we like to keep ourselves to ourselves. Caroline provided great recommendations on places of interest to visit. The room was large and very comfortable. All in all this is an excellent choice and we thoroughly recommend it.

The location is excellent. Could not be better. Right in city center. The hosts were the friendliest and so informative. Made dinner reservations for us. Very very personable.

You first impression is always when you meet the staff when you arrive, and I could already feel when I arrived that this hotel was of the quality you find in top hotels. Staff is amazingly kind and professional without having the condescending style of the some of the 5 stars hotels you find in fancy places such as Paris, or the South of France. So natural, but top level. Room is super nice. Food is just exceptional. Of course you will say, it's a Michelin starred chef, so what else? Regardless, it's so cool to be amazed by such exceptionally good dishes. Wine selection is also excellent. Breakfast was also super nice, with a selection of a lot of different hand made dishes. Overall you feel super pampered and well looked after in this place, with a quality of service which I would qualify as quite exceptional in these days in time, compared to hotels of the same standard. Oh and I forgot. They are pet friendly. Thank you for having welcomed Romeo with a smile ... always.

Terrific location in the heart of St. Emilion. Easy access to property as we called and gained a code to get the key. Also parked at the property for a reasonable fee as parking in the town is expensive or you can park outside the town on the road for free. The property is very clean, room had plenty of space and easy to get in and out of the property. Breakfast is offered, but we chose to just walk and enjoy the tastes of the town. LOVED having the boulangerie in the lower town at the road leading out into the country. (The boulangerie has fresh morning pastries and coffee.) Arold, the owner of the property, was friendly and helpful. The apartment is just steps from the main square at midlevel. From there you can have food, coffee, cocktails, wine. The town is quite small so one can walk it all in short time.

The property is located in the beautiful vineyards surrounding St-Emilion and is just a short drive from the village. We had a very spacious living area with a full kitchen which was very well equipped. Marina communicated very well with us.
