This is a beautiful house cared by 2 wholehearted persons that pay attention to the detail, that have excellent ideas for eating and enjoying nature and culture around and their humanity is always present. We arrived with really bad weather and Patrik and Sébastien were waiting for us there, very patiently. They helped us for a local diner recommendation, that we really enjoyed. Rooms are very cosy and clean, serving water and kettle for tea and coffee. The beds and pillows were very confortable for us, not too hard. Breakfast is delicious, with home made cakes, mermelade, fresh fruits salad, local cheese, fresh delicious bread and croissant. The breakfast room is, silent, welcoming, and beautiful with a fire place that is kept cared all the time. Fresh flowers are also a delight. We received 2 massages from Patrik, one to relieve pain and it the pain relieved for weeks. We could use the breakfast room for drinking a tea together in the evening. It was a pity that we could not use the jacuzzi outside due to the cold weather.

Beautiful house and a delicious breakfast. Rosemary is a very kind host and she immediately makes you feel at home. From the house you can directly start great hikes through the beautiful mountains and you also have quaint towns nearby. Would surely recommend this BnB! The cats are also great additional company :)

Exceptional breakfast with home-made bread, jams and cookies. Good coffee. The hostess was very friendly and attentive. A good location for hiking in the region: several walking routes are in the direct proximity of the accommodation. The studio apartment is well equipped and has a cozy balcony with view on the forest.

Le Clos Marguerite is such a gem! If you want to experience a warm and inviting place, look no further than this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Manon and Michel have beautifully renovated this old house into a piece of art. The attention to detail is inspiring. They are so friendly, kind, hospitable and make such an effort to create a home away from home. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was perfect and we slept so well! Breakfast is customized to what you would like specifically and the table is set up in such an inviting way down in the beautiful dining room. We were celebrating our 15th anniversary and this place was perfect for it! Ammerschwir is a darling village and less touristy than most other Alsacian villages...so it's nice and quiet and not overrun with a bunch of tourists. Los Clos Marguerite is within walking distance of the Michelin-star Restaurant Julien Binz. It was great to have a wonderful meal, drink a bunch of wine, and then just walk back to the B&B and relax comfortably in our room. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Albert Schwiezer's former living place gives a special atmosphere, excellent location to explore the Musnter valley. Breakfast is okay, but don't expect large variety.
