Hosts were wonderful. She made a delicious 4-course gourmet dinner for the guests. Beautiful pool for a hot day. Short drive to medieval village. Very peaceful. Stylish decor. Very warm and welcoming.

What did we like? EVERYTHING!!! Gladys and Jean Claude are amazing hosts. Nothing was too much! Facilities were spotless, breakfasts were delicious! Jean Claude went above and beyond, taking us on a visit to Carcassonne's environs which we would never seen without our thoughtful guide! Do not hesitate to stay! It was a wonderful experience! %

The room my partner and I stayed in was absolutely stunning. We loved the huge windows and elegant decor, it felt so warm and welcoming- magical. Everything from the entrance, living space and dining area felt comforting and inviting.

Excellent location re convenience to everywhere, bus from airport stops nearby, very clean, nice bed linen, comfortable mattress and pillows, nice antique furniture, very helpful owner , lovely tastefully presented breakfast, river walk nearby, magnificent swimming pool complex within 10 to 12 minutes walking distance. I have never ever given a 10 reviewing at booking. com but this is the perfect moment to start. I would actually need an 11. This was by far the best place we stayed in and this is especially thanks to the people working there. We felt very welcomed, they did pay a lot of attention to detail, even brought us some cheese & cold cuts when we were just sitting in the garden enjoying the sun and a bottle of wine. The rooms are really spacious and beautifully furnished (again, a lot of attention to detail). The breakfast is great as well, with homemade cakes & marmelade. All guests are sharing a big table for breakfast which was a great opportunity to get in touch with other guests and share recommendations for places to visit. It was just the perfect place to spend a long weekend. Thanks so much for everything! We will definetely visit again!

The location is beyond perfect. It's 5 minutes walking between the city of Carcassone itself and the Medieval Cité. Frederick is a lovely host who provides an excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. The room was spotless, bed cosey, and shower excellent!
