Basic, but very pleasant. Good location, close to the bus station and not far from the center. Reasonable price, very clean room and all hotel. Pleasant beds and well working WiFi. We were very happy and would stay again in this nice hotel.

The location was very clean, spacious and a very good location towards the city centre. Walking distance was 5 minutes to the main square.

We really liked the reception Hose Manuel, who gave us the city map and told us all about local places - where to eat cheap/expensive, what to try. Like a friend to a friend. That was really nice, I totally recommend to check it out to people who are new in town and want to experience local culture.

This property was among two best accommodations that I have encountered during my 5 towns tour in northern Spain. The ratio of what you have payed and what you have received is very good and just a detail, in my room I had a fridge and a microwave. Also, I have finally enjoyed a nice and open view from my room window and have also enjoyed in very convenient location that is on walking distance from the train station. There is a tram station nearby as well as the shopping center and within a three minutes walk, you are in the center of wonderful old town of Vitoria. Vitoria is worth visiting although it seems to be a bit overlooked by those who explore northern Spain. If it happens and I visit Vitoria again, I will definitely use this property.
