Despite the language barrier the warm welcome that I received. I had a lovely view of the delightful garden in an absolutely breathtaking setting of the gateway to the Picos de Europa. I loved the place and will definitely visit again one day.

The host was extremely kind and helpful. Very nice garden to relax. Outdoor cooking facilities (dishes, microwave, fridge) avaliable for customers. Great value for money.

Located right off the Camino. It has a restaurant for dinner if you are hungry, and breakfast was included and it was a buffet.

Excellent, family-run hotel, with simple rooms all with balcony views of The Picos and a small subsidiary estuary at the beautiful town of San Vicente. The hotel is positioned right next to the Camino de Santiago del Norte. The owner was more than accommodating in helping me make tea for breakfast, which was very good value.

I loved Fuente el Haydo! A warm welcome from the kindly proprietor. A spotless and comfortable room. A bathtub for a weary peregrino after 35km. Expansive views to watch the sunset and moonrise over the Eastern edge of the Picos. A supremely warm and kind proprietor—-lovely hospitality in a tranquil setting 800 meters above the bustling town.
