the place is great for a night passing by Ourense, the Staff was very helpful it was the best of my stay. Also the location next to the train station was great to catch the train early in the morning, the room was clean and fine even though it would benefit from some TLC

Considering the cost, the rooms are comfortable. Plenty of parking in the hotel. Breakfast is one small glass of orange juice, one hot beverage (coffee, tea, milk), and something to eat (sandwich, croissant, etc). A restaurant and kind of a bar share the same building as the hotel. The heating works well. There's also an elevator. The building is not old and is well-maintained. Maybe there are, but I did not find any major attractions in the neighborhood. If you have a car, you're around 10 km from Ourense and the thermal pools. Check if the pools are open if you're going for the hot springs. I was told that most of them were flooded by the Minho River and there was only one free site and one paid site (both around 15 km from the hotel by car) open to the public.

Roons was super nice and tidy, looks pretty fresh renovated. It was okey to use the room till 4 pm to store our luggage while we were in town.
