It is a quite interesting place: in a crowded residential area, the building was old and seems like altered from an old industrial building, and some brick wall areas are deliberately exposed, to give atmosphere of style. The room are quite spacious and cozy. There is a small yard so your car won't park on the crowded streets nearby. The decorations are quite interesting. And the metro line 2 station "Benimemet" is only 300 meters away.
