Jessica who checked us in and waited on us for dinner was the absolute best. My bag which I had transported did not arrive. I attempted several times by both phone and messages to contact the transport driver. He declined my calls. Jessica helped by calling the company-spent over 30 minutes on the phone to locate my bag. I believe if she had not taken the effort I would not have been reunited with my bag. Big Thanks Jessica. You are the best

Our room was spacious, the pension was well located in town and Diana was very nice and friendly. One of us had an issue with bad transfer and Diana called the company for us and helped get things resolved.

Well connected to Santiago by bus, and just three min to the airport by taxi. Extremely clean room, with a private bathroom and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn't enjoy breakfast because we left the hostel at 6:00 am. It exceeded my expectations. It made our day with the short visit to Santiago and the short ride to the airport. The owner was super-attentive.
