This place is new and managed by a family. The rooms are very pretty and clean, everything is nice and creative, the location is very good. The lady there is extremely kind and asks if you need anything. I went there to check how the place was, initially, then, after seeing how nice it is, I extended my stay and I went back there also after a trip tp Las Galeras. You feel safe and protected, there. Great internet too

Wonderful apartment! We were happy from the first minute we opened the door. We had everything we needed to live there for 5 days. This is a perfect value for money, so we did not look for disadvantages. Comfortable bed, clean towels, comfortable bed, small kitchen, hot water, enough space for things, a place on the street where you can drink coffee or smoke. The process of settling and the whole stay was very easy, although the guy at the reception did not understand English from the word "absolutely"))) And this is a very good place if you want to often walk the tourist streets of the city, visit museums and fortresses. It was very colorful. In addition, you could use a water cooler, which is also important. Yes, everything is small: the kitchen, the bathroom, but it's all well-groomed and clean.

A great location! Just a few steps from the main attractions in Colonial Zone, yet in a pretty quiet street. Parking is a 2 blocks away- but paid (50 pesos/hour). Helpfull receptionist- doesnt speak English much but did her best when our car broke. Pretty comfy beds. Price was good for this location.

The hosts were very nice, very helpful and accomodating, nice to talk to. We recommend. The hotel is in the colonial neighbourhood so very central and close to the sea, restaurants, shops, musea. The room was quiet and on the roof there was a nice place to sit and a jacuzzi to enjoy. We could park our car just across the entrance in the street in a safe area. The breakfast was with fresh fruits and products so very tasty.

Cheap and cheerful, great host and near the main attractions but don't expect luxury. If you want somewhere with hotel amenities this is not for you. Jessica the landlady is very helpful, please try to remember this is situated where the locals live and they are suffering with high prices for basics and there are occasional power cuts.
