The bathroom and room was clean, perfect shower, the heaters in room are working, very stable internet. I've enjoyed their breakfast and it was more than suffient. The hotel was located in a quiet area, and no noise in the area. There are enough free parking places, and when you're lucky you can have a spot in front of the hotel. The Staff was excellent and friendly and always eager to help. It's a great base if you want to explore Hamburg (20-25 min. by car)
