Everything that was promised in the entry was fulfilled. It's a small apartment, a room with a functional kitchen very well taken care of, a bathroom and a place to store things. Few minutes walking there is the S-Bahn, supermarkets and an avenue with several shops. The internet works very well (I was able to work from there with VPN active without any problem)
