This cosy, family-run guest house enjoys an idyllic location in the Berchtesgaden Alps, within a 10-minute walk of the spa town of Inzell and the Eisstadion (ice rink and stadium).

The guest house is an ideal base for guests on a hiking or winter sports holiday. Bicycles, mountain bikes and cross-country skiing equipment are available to hire for free.

Inzell is a fairly small town and not much to see (but they do have excellent pizza.) But if you have a car, Pension Restner is only about a 20 minute drive to Berchtesgaden, Königssee and Ramsau. At least in the summer of 2022, Pension Restner was very affordable compared to other accommodation places in the Berchtesgaden area. Pension Restner is quiet and clean. The wifi is good and the breakfast excellent. The owners don't speak very good English, but things are still managed well. Be prepared to pay in cash.
