The train I was on to reach Gotha "forgot" to stop (yes, really), so I arrived later than expected. After I called Nico to explain the situation, he very patiently walked me through how to get my keys and spontaneously added my WhatsApp to make sure I could contact him if I needed help. This and the simple but sweet style of the room really made me feel at home. Recommended for unfussy travellers who are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Gotha.

The inclusion of a small kitchen area was a thoughtful touch that added to the convenience, especially for a short stay. While there was a minor hiccup during check-in, the lady in the laundry went above and beyond to assist. She promptly called a colleague to help resolve the issue, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. Location is perfect, right in the center of the old town.
