After I called Nico to explain the situation, he very patiently walked me through how to get my keys and spontaneously added my WhatsApp to make sure I could contact him if I needed help. This and the simple but sweet style of the room really made me feel at home. Recommended for unfussy travellers who are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Gotha.
