The small charming guesthouse, Luisenhof is located in the midst of the Franconian Tuscany in of Geisfeld, just 10 minutes away by car from the famous UNESCO world heritage city Bamberg.

The breakfast was so good, simply the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. I like quiet places and this hotel is great for thos who want that. Only six rooms so there are never to many people there.

With the amazing breakfast spread and the heart dinner from the attached restaurant, this was in a perfect location. Lots of trails nearby and a quick bus to the heart of Bamberg. Meeting the family and learning about this business made it even more special. My highlight is getting tips on how to use the public transport and what to see.

This former brewery is located in Buttenheim, on the edge of the Franconian Switzerland region. It offers rustic-style rooms, home-brewed beers and free Wi-Fi.

Great breakfast and nice dining area as they have a little garden full of flowers and trees so it is just wonderful to have your breakfast there. The staff are so attentive to replenish everything fast, there is a wide variety of food from cold cuts, yogurts, fruits, warm and tasty bread, eggs, some pastry. The cleanliness is impeccable in the room and bathroom, great job!
