We received a bottle of champagne as a welcoming gift upon our arrival. Breakfasts were exceptional, there was a huge variety of food options (cereals, eggs, vegetables, pancakes, brownies, etc.). The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and with a beautiful view. Hotel is situated at the center so everything was really close.

I love how cosy and clean the place is! I got the room at the top with the balcony and it was an awesome view from there. The host was very nice to let me check in early, as soon as I arrived as the room was available anyway. The breakfast spread was filling. Good value for my money. I can recommend it and would be happy to stay here again. 🙂

We loved everything about the hotel! Breakfast was amazing and fresh. Rooms were cozy and clean. Stuff was polite and helpful. We also liked the fact that there were no room keys, everything works on pin code. We definitely plan to come back :)

At the beggining it was a little bit difficult to communicate - some english, some polish, some czech language :D But after all it turned out that we've got very big, clean room in the center of city. House owner is a really nice, kind person who tried to make our trip good and it was. We can recommend this place for all travelers :)

Very pleasant to be here, very clean pension and very friendly owners. Nice breakfast. Glad to be there back ! Nice breakfast but nothing warm like scrumble eggs or so - it would be perfect then. quiet and peaceful surrounding, 10 min walking distance to the center.

location - just in the center of Harrachov, convenient for the trips parking - in front of the apartment, no problem with parking communication with owner - phone or e-mail communication without any issue private fireplace outside - we haven't used the option, but it was proposed to us by property owner
