Cristain was a very gracious host. Everything about the facilities was top-notch, spotlessly clean, convenient to some great restaurants, bakery, and brewpub. Pool was clean and refreshing. As Cristain explained, the mattress on the bed was the same type he used in his home.

The hostel is in a beautiful garden with lots of wildlife, it’s close to the beach and very clean and well maintained. The owner Eduardo is also so friendly. The hostel restaurant Kinsu (next door) had great food too. Would definitely stay here again!

Costa Rican coffee is to die for and is readily available in the main area at the front desk. There are bikes to rent and the beach is only a 10 minute ride away. The other guests and I harmoniously shared the kitchen and other communal spaces, making meals pleasant. The staff was very nice and helpful, adding to the "home away from home" energy that this hostel radiates. I really liked the locked cupboards and drawers to keep my items safe while I was out exploring. Furthermore, Cesar is super welcoming and friendly, he is the best host I have ever had. Go to him anytime for questions and recommendations.

Casa Morpho is such a great value stay! She is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The room I had was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the property is conveniently located in Uvita and the host Tana gave great recommendations and help navigating the town! I loved it so much I even extended my stay and will definitely stay again and suggest it to others!
