Great value. Good size room. Super clean & complimentary laundry. Close to a very nice viewpoint and park up the hill. Solid WiFi. Decent cafes down towards la playa. And of course Elkin and family’s warm hospitality!

Excellent location walking from the stadium metro stop and around the Laurales neighborhood. There are several great restaurants nearby and a fantastic bookshop/café one block away. The kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator is organized so every room has a designated drawer or shelf. The owner was very helpful with all my questions and even received a package for me while I was away on a day trip. I was worried that it would be noisy but the other people there were very respectful and quiet so noise was never a problem.
