In a country characterised by architectural anarchy and town planning chaos, the Lodge is built to international standards - very spacious, with excellent fittings and tastefully furnished. The hosts upgraded me to the VIP room for no reason at all - I was extremely touched and I can say it was positively palatial. I enjoyed three quiet days lounging and luxuriating, on bedding that is stuffed with Hungarian goose down ... I will never go anywhere else.

We stayed for 2 weeks, nothing was too much for the wonderful women who run this, always clean and lovely breakfasts. It was my husbands birthday whilst we were here, we were able to have family and friends over for a party our hosts cooked for us which went down very well. Lovely quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Douala. We will be staying here everytime we visit Douala from now on. Exceptional.

Lovely, homely, extremely comfortable, fully equipped, surprisingly modern, quiet, secure, safe and well located. Jean Francois is the most understanding and kind host. He gave us a lift, carried all our luggage in his truck and took us to the flat. That made a whole difference, as we had too many suitcases. I highly recommend this place to anyone. This will be my home from home anytime I come to Cameroon. We love the place 😍👌🏼
