From reception to the restaurant - everyone were amazing! The hotel itself was a great escape, its quiet and beautiful, the room was great, the pools were lovely and the food we've ordered in the restaurant was incredible.

Beautiful place (bit in the midle of nowhere) - very quiet with plenty flowers around. We enjoyed the the hot tub late in the day. Personnel very friendly and restaurant was excellent (dinner). Loved the hummingbirds and rabbits and other wildlife in the gardens and walking and relaxing on the beaches with baby seals on the rocks and also the birdlife at the sanctuary at Playa de Tunquen.

The cabin was very well equipped and we were even given a lift to a local vineyard to do some wine tasting. We had some issues with our luggage not arriving at the airport and the hosts were extremely helpful with resolving the issues for us.
