The host was very accommodating with check-in and check-out. We could bring our luggage before check in ( the cleaners were still there ) and could stay a hour longer at check out. Communication was good, very timely. The apartment had a nice size, basic stuffed kitchen, nice bathroom. Great location, with many restaurants, bars, groceries nearby, and a 20 min walk to the upper town. Heater worked well ( after we figured it out ). And there was a big box of Lindt chocolate on the dining table. Nice touch.

The house is beautiful, very neat, clean, fully furnished, feels comfortable like being at home. The host is very friendly, hospitable, and gives detailed instructions. Delicious breakfast, with fresh fruit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything such as refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, porcelain, etc. (the house has 2 kitchen areas). Decking has a very beautiful view.

Excellent location!!! Quaint and charming but that was also its downside because the building is historical they are limited in their structural ability to make modifications to sound proof the walls. Friendly, personable staff. Needed a place to stay the night before embarking on a cruise. They held our luggage at the hotel while we explored the city before checking in with the cruise line.

The staff was amazing. Helpful in every respect. Friendly greeting every time we entered the hotel. Best hotel breakfast ever. I would like to wake up to that every morning. The parking system was flawless. The room was charming and always quiet and made more pleasant by being in an old, restored building. Great location for visiting Old Quebec.

Host was very nice, a bit eccentric, as many have said, very helpful and gave good tips to visit the city. The breakfast was very good, although the options were limited and, for the 2 days I stayed in, I got the same. The wifi was excellent, the room size gigantic, in a very quiet area, yet very near the city center, with a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby.

Great location and great hostel. Located on the best street of Quebec and on walking distance to the old town. We stayed before in the old town hostel. But that was super outdated and more expensive. They can def learn something from this hostel! Great common areas and chill zones, nice comfy beds with curtains (privacy) and big lockers! This is how hostels should be!

A 20 minute walk from the apartment to the old walled city of Quebec. Grocery store within 10 minute walk. 20 minute walk from Via rail. The 2 bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean, had everything you could possibly need in an apartment and more, quiet, charming, spacious and a wonderful place to stay. The host was very friendly and even though we had a language barrier, she made every effort to assist us.
