The Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They found out it was my birthday during my stay and to my surprise, they left me a very nice card with a gift! They also made great recommendations regarding restaurants, what to see and how to get around. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The location is very near to the river and we can wake up with the birds songs without the noisy of the downtown, even close. To reach the centre, restaurants and bars is a short walking. Great location close the tower and mini Bulgaria also. There is also a"small beach community" very close if you like it. The staff is/was amazing with us, always smiling and kind. 😊😊 Our dogs also loved their stay there.

The house is cozy and clean and it's fully equipped with everything one might need. It also has a nice patio where ourselves and our puppy could enjoy the outdoors. We had a great time :)

The hostess was extraordinary... Very helpful and friendly.The rooms were big, cozy and clean. Breakfast was great.The location perfect.Next to the centre and you could visit all monuments by foot. I surely will be visiting again.

the place is perfect. everything you needed is inside the place. it is easy to find. I need to highlight their attitude. although this is a self service residence, their response is fast and clear. I informed them the approximate arrival time, they concerned that if I need any help as I was just a few minutes late. this is really thoughtful and caring. I needed a place for luggage storage after check out, they were willing to help and even waited for me and opened the door for me so that I could store the luggage in the property. Definitely a great memory in verliko tarnovo. I would definitely stay again if I come back to verliko tarnovo.
