The place was super clean and warm, and very welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights and even got a change of sheets/towels halfway through! The staff were very lovely and accommodating. There are 2 kitchen, a small kitchen with just a fridge/kettle and microwave, and a large kitchen with everything- so best of both worlds!

The owner is very friendly and when we had a request he was responded quickly. The room is large, actually there are 2 rooms, the first one containing the sofa, table, chairs, refrigerator, the other one has a comfortable bed with a new mattress, bedside tables and 2 small chairs, wardrobe. All the furniture is made of solid wood. I liked that the rooms were bright (large windows), the heat was sufficient, as was the hot water, there was no problem. The bathroom has a shower, it also has a window that can be opened. The boiler there is not functional, the hot water comes from the building's heating plant

Everything was amazing from start to finish! The room was all we needed it and more, the bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful, an amazing way to start the day by opening the curtains. The breakfast was delicious and different every day. The hospitality of the hosts was so warm and friendly we couldn’t thank enough, so accommodating and always with a smile. I would give them 10 stars and more.

I cannot possibly stop raving about how great of a stay it was here! There were great facilities (sauna, hot tub, steam bath) which were all turned on upon request. The breakfast provided was also delicious, and was of a greater variety than expected. Our host, Lubo, was absolutely amazing. He offered us a lot of advice and help, and really made sure we were taken care of! The room was cleaned daily (to be fair, we only stayed two days) but there was nothing left to be desired. There was hot water, the view from the room was beautiful, and overall it was a great stay. I’d definitely return to this guest house if I were to go back to Bansko again! (It’s also approx ~16 minutes walking to the gondolas, and a 4-min drive, both of which are convenient and manageable.)
