Nice location, not far from the centre. The room was very clean with nice and new furnishings. There was also a nice little garden, shared kitchen and barbecue options.

Staff were amazing and kind, went out od their way to recommend things around. Available for any arrangement, answered every question with a lot of enthusiasm. Clean, comfy, sauna and steam room available too.

This place was great - the location was fantastic and the room was nice. The bathroom did flood a bit when you would shower, but that’s not a huge issue. Overall great stay, and I’d recommend!

Everything was amazing from start to finish! The room was all we needed it and more, the bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful, an amazing way to start the day by opening the curtains. The breakfast was delicious and different every day. The hospitality of the hosts was so warm and friendly we couldn’t thank enough, so accommodating and always with a smile. I would give them 10 stars and more.

I cannot possibly stop raving about how great of a stay it was here! There were great facilities (sauna, hot tub, steam bath) which were all turned on upon request. The breakfast provided was also delicious, and was of a greater variety than expected. Our host, Lubo, was absolutely amazing. He offered us a lot of advice and help, and really made sure we were taken care of! The room was cleaned daily (to be fair, we only stayed two days) but there was nothing left to be desired. There was hot water, the view from the room was beautiful, and overall it was a great stay. I’d definitely return to this guest house if I were to go back to Bansko again! (It’s also approx ~16 minutes walking to the gondolas, and a 4-min drive, both of which are convenient and manageable.)

Terrific price! Great location. Hot tub was delightful. Staff very accommodating for 2am check in. Clean room and facilities. Bathroom bins emptied every 2nd day. Our room was the smallest but still had a fridge, kettle and drying cupboard - was perfect!
