Our room had a very comfortable bed, a mosquito net in the door to the balcony and was cleaned every day! There is an on-site parking space included in the price, as well as a very good breakfast. It is located in a very quiet location near Lake Wolfgangsee. The location is good for getting around with car.

View is simply breathtaking. Nice lakeshore village with lovely public beach, number of restaurants, bars and stores is in about kilometer or so. The host is very helpful, but not intrusive.
