Our guesthouse "Villa Löcker" has been family owned for over 50 years and is located 800m from the center of Mariapfarr and 800m from the wellness center.

A fitness center is nearby as well as a bike and ski rental. Free WiFi is available. The traditionally furnished 3 apartments and 1 double room (can be rented) have cable TV, Internet, safe and hairdryer, all with shower and toilet. Daily bread service possible.

We asked to have the sauna running late one night and without any hesitation, the private service was waiting for us as asked. I managed to leave my personal belonging in the room's drawer. They informed me immediately and sent the items safely via international post.
